Product Design

Based on the results of market research, the design team begins the conceptual design of the product. This stage includes:

Sketching: Initial concepts for the product’s appearance and functions.

3D Modeling: Using CAD software to create detailed 3D models for visualization and further modifications.

Functional Design: Considering the product’s usability, such as water flow design, water-saving features, etc.

Prototype Production

Once the design is confirmed, a prototype is created. This can involve rapid prototyping (such as 3D printing) or small-scale manual production, primarily used to verify the feasibility and functionality of the design.

Mold Development

Once the prototype is approved, the process moves to mold development:

Production Preparation

With the mold completed, manufacturers prepare for mass production:

Mass Production
